2. Wallet and Account Funds
If you use Mode Book Wallet or account balance:
- Funds added are stored as prepaid value.
- Wallet balances can be used only for purchases on https://modemagnet.in.
- Balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Expired or inactive balances may be forfeited after 12 months of inactivity.
3. Refund of Payments
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method or credited to the Mode Book Wallet, as applicable.
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider, typically 5–10 working days.
4. Taxes and Invoices

Invoices are generated electronically and accessible in your account.
5. Security

6. Disputes
